Refund and Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Policy Duration

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery.
If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The book must be unused, unmarked, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• Returns are accepted only through our online store, using your registered account under “My Orders” → “Request return”.
• A valid order ID and proof of purchase are required to initiate the process.

📦 Note: Please do not send your purchase directly to the publisher or manufacturer.
All returns must be initiated and approved through our website only.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We only sell physical books; however, certain items cannot be returned:

• Books damaged after delivery due to mishandling, moisture, or writing.
• Books purchased under discounted or clearance sales.
• Gift cards or vouchers (if applicable).
• Downloadable or digital book products (if introduced in future).

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be approved under certain circumstances, including:

• Books showing minor signs of use or wear.
• Books with slightly damaged covers or packaging, not caused by our courier service.
• Any item returned beyond 15 days from delivery but within 20 days, subject to review.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned book is received and inspected by our team:

1. You will receive an email notification confirming receipt.
2. We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected period:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as posting delays are common.
3. Contact your bank, as it may take additional processing time.

7. Exchanges

We only replace books that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange your book for the same title, log in to your account on our website and submit a replacement request through the order details page.

8. Shipping ReturnsOnce your return request is approved online, you will receive:

• A confirmation email with return instructions.
• The return address and courier pickup details (if applicable).

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

Depending on your location, the time taken for exchanged or replacement books to reach you may vary.

9. Sale Items

Only regular-priced books are eligible for refunds.
Books purchased during sales, special offers, or promotions cannot be refunded or exchanged.

10. Gift Orders

If a book was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit (gift coupon) for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received and verified, a gift voucher will be issued to your registered email.

If the gift was ordered by someone else and shipped to them first, the refund will be sent directly to the original purchaser.
